Our Privacy Commitment

Your trust matters as much as your readership.

Niagara Arts Review was created to celebrate the performing arts - not to collect or sell personal information.

Our promise: Niagara Arts Review will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information you may choose to provide

You may provide your name, email address, telephone number, organization, or other details when you subscribe, contact us, submit a support inquiry, become a supporter, or communicate with the publication.

How we use it

We use personal information only to operate Niagara Arts Review, respond to inquiries, administer supporter relationships, deliver communications you have requested, and maintain the security and integrity of the publication.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not provide reader or supporter lists to outside marketers. We do not use information entrusted to us for unrelated promotional purposes.

Service providers

Some services necessary to operate the publication - such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, or payment processing - may process limited information on our behalf. When those services are introduced, we will choose reputable providers and limit information to what is reasonably necessary.

Website analytics and cookies

Niagara Arts Review may use privacy-conscious analytics in the future to understand readership, improve the website, and provide aggregate audience information to potential supporters or advertisers. We will not publish a personal visitor counter or use analytics to sell individual browsing histories.

Payment information

When online payments are introduced, payment card or banking details will be handled by the selected payment processor rather than stored directly by Niagara Arts Review, except where a provider supplies limited transaction records needed for administration.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information Niagara Arts Review holds about you, request a correction, or ask to be removed from optional communications by contacting us.
